Meetings and Membership

General Membership Meetings are held monthly. Guests and potential members are welcome to join us
We have monthly programs to educate and stimulate our members and guests.  Refreshments are served at each meeting.

The first Thursday of each month. Please note that this date is subject to change (see Meeting date list below).

We occasionally change meeting dates to accommodate Arizona dog show attendance and other special circumstances.  Standard exceptions are the Christmas party in December and the Awards Banquet in January.

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held monthly on the last Tuesday, unless that Tuesday falls in the same week as the General Club Meeting.  If this is the case, the meeting is moved back by one week.  The business meeting starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Regular Membership is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older who is in good standing with the American Kennel Club. 
Junior Membership is open to those 12 through 17 years of age when sponsored by a regular member. 
Associate Membership is open to those wishing to join the Club and is not restricted to residence.

Potential members are required to complete a membership application. Each application must be endorsed by two club members.  Application forms are available at our general meetings or may be obtained by mail.  Additionally, there is a link on the "Home" page where you can download and print the application.  Completed applications should be brought  to a general meeting and turned in to the Membership Chair.  Applications are then read at two general meetings, with the applicant present.
